Andreas J. Mayer

Andreas J. Mayer has been a professional Business Economist for almost 30 years. Andreas had worked in various responsible positions for companies in the pharmaceutical, healthcare and food sectors.

As CEO of Euro Vital Pharma GmbH, for example, he initiated, realised and was responsible for the development of the company into an international group and built it up into a global player.

During his years as CEO of Swiss Caps GmbH (Aenova Group) and Euro Vital Pharma, he organised a series of successful M&A transactions, acquired numerous new customers and thus paved the way for new sales channels. In the food sector, he worked successfully for traditional companies from the wine and spirits sector, but also for international big players, such as Nestlé and Kraft Foods.

Against this background of experience, he is Fidelio's contact person for topics such as interim management, change management, organizational structure and development, sales, marketing, business development and product portfolio. In addition, he has 11 years of private equity experience and advises on commercial due diligence and post-merger integration.

As a trained coach and business mediator, Andreas accompanies and supports managers and teams in challenging transformation processes, be it restructuring, mergers or the establishment of new, powerful units.
