Dr. Axel Müller

Dr. Axel Müller – by education a pharmacist with a PhD in Pharmaceutical Technology – has over 30 years of experience in management and consulting.

Axel worked for many years for STADA Arzneimittel AG in very different areas such as General Management, Operations, M&A, Marketing and Sales as well as Corporate Communications and was finally 2010 to 2013 Executive Board Member of STADA for Production and Development executing at this time very successfully a Group-wide efficiency program for all operation functions.

Since 2014 Axel is working as Consultant and as non-executive Member of various Boards - mainly but not only in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Axel was for several years Director / Senior Advisor of the global consultancy network of Arthur D. Little before he joined Fidelio Healthcare as Associated Partner in 2018.

His broad management expertise and Board experience allows Axel a 360° view of all interrelated aspects of management topics and transformation processes across the entire business, such as development of corporate strategy and its implementation, analysis and optimization of operational performance, acquisitions and divestment processes including due diligences, in- and out-licensing, marketing and sales strategies and even corporate communications including investor relations.
