Frank Elsen

Frank Elsen is our expert for operational implementation in production and contract manufacturing businesses and our specialist for M&A projects on the sell and the buy side as well as for PMI.

After studying industrial engineering, he started at Hoechst AG by gaining extensive international operational experience in life sciences and veterinary medicine. Frank Elsen gained further industry experience in various managing director positions at Sandoz/Novartis in the area of active pharmaceutical ingredients and production/sales of healthcare products. He also served as a CFO in the build-up phase of the CDMO Aenova.
