Dr. Claus Rubensdörfer

Dr. Rubensdörfer joined Fidelio Healthcare Partners in 2017. He has more than 25 years of experience in life science industry as Managing Director and Regional Manager mainly within the BAYER and SCHERING supply network covering pharmaceuticals, radiopharmaceuticals and consumer care. His multicultural background and recognized integration capabilities are built on a bilingual education in Germany and Spain and several international assignments including strategic project management in APAC and Latin America, being fluent in 5 languages.

He was heading companies and sites in Germany, Spain, France and Brazil including Third Party Manufacturing and led several integration and divestment projects. At Fidelio Healthcare Partners his assignments were focused on interim and project management comprising positions as Managing Director and Project Leader in multidisciplinary/ international transfer projects.

By training he is pharmacist with a PhD in Pharmaceutical Technology and has a strong background in leading large entities. Due to his international vitae, he built up a vast experience in the optimization of organizational and operational processes including operational excellence.
